Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at OR. Thirty Three. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy.

Please Note

  • Orders are forwarded to our manufacturer, Cloud9 Vapor, to be processed and shipped. Your order will be marked Awaiting Shipment once it has been sent to our manufacturer to be processed.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of ordering.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders received before 5pm PST, will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders receive free shipping, and are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

USPS scheduled pick up time is 12pm to 12:30pm PST Monday through Friday. If your order is marked as Shipped after this time, please allow for an additional business day for your order to be collected by USPS.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Return Policy

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid that does not meet personal flavor expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. If you have questions about our products, please contact us so we can help find the right flavor or nicotine strength for you.
